Lonely Death in London

The other day I heard this story about a 33 years old guy who died of complications of ear infection.  The horrific part was that It took two weeks for his friends and family to figure out that he died. Two weeks!!!! no one knew he was dead for two weeks!!! until his corps began to rot. I heard that story from someone who considered him a close friend.

It shocked me to understand how lonely London can become, how isolated people can be in this city, how distorted the notions of love, care and friendship are in this so called “western culture” and how well and lovingly I was being cared for all my life.
