Changing My Traveling Patterns – Chiang Mai – Second Week Of Traveling

In between Singapore and Thailand I realized- surprise surprise – that I am not that much into serious traveling. That means I don’t really enjoy moving from one location to the next every 3-5 days. It makes me physically tired and I lose my excitement of new places, plus I don’t really get to learn anything about the places I’m visiting and am constantly busy in trying to figure out what to do next.

Chiang Mai was extremely warm and welcoming since I got here. I found a beautiful house that rents new very clean and chip rooms – it has a beautiful Thai garden, I rented bicycles and I registered for a two weeks Thai Massage course were I’m counting of meeting some more interesting people who are like me staying here for a longer time.

If my desire for traveling will reemerge I will let it be. If not, I will remain here for three or more weeks until I decide to leave for my Vipassana practice which is the reason I came here to begin with. In any case life will surprise me and I’m sure I will be given what I need though it is not necessary what I want…..
